30-Day Return Window
At Arden & Blythe London, we want you to love every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, which is why we've created a straightforward and fair return policy.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is required
- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
How to Start Your Return
- Email us at support@ardenblythelondon.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Once approved, package your items securely using the original packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Quality check completed within 48 hours of receipt
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued
Refund Includes
- Full product price
- Original shipping cost (only if the return is due to our error)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Inspect all items immediately upon delivery
- Photograph any damage clearly
- Contact us at support@ardenblythelondon.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or process an immediate refund for any damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Worn or used items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Return Shipping
All returns must be sent to our fulfilment warehouse located in China at the customer's own expense. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining your postage receipt, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Please note that return shipping costs to an international destination can vary, and we advise checking rates with Royal Mail or your preferred courier before initiating a return.
Gift Returns
- Store credit is available for returns made without a receipt
- The original purchaser will not be notified of a gift return
- Gift receipts are available upon request at the time of purchase
