- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- During high-volume periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days
- You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched

- Tracking numbers are provided via email upon dispatch

Shipping Location & Fulfilment
To ensure efficient delivery, orders may be fulfilled from various warehouse locations. This allows us to optimise delivery times for our customers.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of purchase
- Address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed
- Arden & Blythe London is not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer
- If an error was made on our part, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages
- A package is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 20 days
- Contact support@ardenblythelondon.com to arrange a replacement for lost packages
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbours
- Wait 1–2 business days in case of a delayed redelivery attempt
- File a claim with your local post office or Royal Mail
- Contact us at support@ardenblythelondon.com with your claim details for further assistance
